I'm from Nepal and India is our international neighbour and I must say that India is growing quite faster in such a short span of time. But still there are problems like corruption,pollution,poverty etc there and We are far behind them.
I found this blog called "India through the Eye of An Indian" by Mooly Miller at socialspark.com and I have to say that most of the posts are in french or some other language that I can't understand and this blog is about Indian bloggers and his life,tastes,interests etc.
Well! the blog doesn't quite serve as the Title as I found nothing about India in the blog.
So,I say it's mostly on his life.
